Account Access & Login Help
Get help if you’re having trouble accessing your Visuali account. This guide covers login issues, forgotten passwords, and how to find the email linked to your account.

Password Resets
If you signed up using email and password and forgot your password:
- Go to the Log In / Sign Up page
- Click Forgot Password
- Follow the instructions sent to your email
You’ll be able to set a new password right away.
If you signed up using Google Sign-In, you don’t have a password with Visuali.
Simply click Sign in with Google on the login page.
Find Your Login Email
Forgot or don’t know which email you used? Try the following:
Check for Visuali verification emails
If you created an account with email/password, you will have received an email titled:
“Your verification code for Visuali.io”
The inbox that received this email is your login email.
Check for Stripe or payment emails
We use Stripe as our payment processor.
Look for subscription or receipt emails mentioning Visuali, these are usually sent to the same email as your account.
Check all your inboxes
Search your inboxes for:
- “Visuali”
- “verification code”
- “Stripe”
This often quickly reveals the correct account email.
Google Sign-In vs Email Login
Some users sign up with Google Sign-In and later try to log in using email and password, or vice versa.
This can create confusion because both methods can exist separately, even on the same email address.
Here’s how to check which one you used:
- If you find a Visuali verification code email, your account uses email + password
- Try clicking Sign in with Google on the login page and try different gmail accounts you have:
- If you are logged in successfully, your account uses Google Sign-In with that email
- If Google asks to create a new account, no existing Google-based account exists for that email. If you have multiple google accounts and not sure which one you used, you can try each one this way until you find it.
Common Login Problems
- Entering the wrong email address
- Trying password login on a Google-Sign-In account
- Checking the wrong inbox for reset emails
If in doubt, go through the steps above. Most access issues are resolved this way.
