Visuali subscriptions are designed to be simple, transparent, and easy to manage.
This guide explains how subscriptions work, what’s included in the free trial, billing details, and how to manage or cancel your plan.

Subscription Overview
Visuali is built around a simple monthly subscription.
For $10 per month, you get:
- Full access to all Visuali features and AI models
- 1000 tokens refilled every month
- Token usage for generating images, content, and more
- Secure cloud storage for your images, projects, and prompts
- Access your account from any device, anywhere

If you use all your monthly tokens, you can purchase extra tokens anytime. See Extra Tokens.
Free Trial
Your subscription starts with a 7-day free trial.
- Credit card details are required to start the trial
- No charges are made until the 7-day trial ends
- Cancel anytime during the trial and you won’t be billed
Your free trial includes:
- 50 free tokens to explore Visuali
- Access to core features
Please note:
- Some advanced image models are not included in the trial
- More than two image inputs per request may be restricted
You can upgrade at any time during the trial to unlock:
- The full 1000 monthly tokens
- All models and features instantly
Managing Your Subscription
You can view, update, or cancel your subscription at any time.
- Log in to your Visuali account
- Go to My Account: visuali.io/my-account
From there, you can:
- View your current plan
- Update payment details
- Cancel your subscription
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period after cancellation.
Payments & Billing
All payments are handled securely through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider.
- Visuali does not store or process your payment details directly
- Payments are encrypted and protected by Stripe’s security systems
Extra Tokens
If you run out of monthly tokens, you can purchase extra tokens anytime.
Extra token packs:
- 1500 tokens — $20
- 3000 tokens — $36 (save 10%)
- 9000 tokens — $100 (save 20%)
Details:
- One-time purchase
- Tokens do not expire
- Added on top of your monthly subscription
- Purchase via My Account → “Get more tokens” button
